We want to make luxury accessible. That’s why Yasrab offers Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

• Delivery Timeline: * Karachi: 1–2 business days.

• Other Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 business days.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email so you can follow your package's journey.

• Courier Partners: We work with the most reliable local couriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.

Return & Exchange Policy 🔄

At Yasrab, we stand by the quality of our jewelry. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

• Condition: To be eligible, the jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original Yasrab packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or store credit. (Please note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).

Damaged Items ⚠️

In the rare case that your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
